About Me...
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I'm an avid transformation advocate, socialpreneur, wife, mother of three sons and a grandmother.
My personal journey with womb wellness and my experiences working in schools and communities have deeply influenced my work with girls and their families. While educating girls about hygiene during assemblies, I witnessed firsthand the struggles many high school students faced in understanding their menstrual cycles and how these challenges impacted their self-esteem and confidence. These experiences, combined with my own journey toward healing, inspired me to advocate for a deeper understanding of menstruation and womb wellness.
In Emerging Gracefully, I aim to break down the stigmas around menstruation and provide valuable support to empower girls and their families as they navigate the transition into womanhood.
